Hi, I’m Christina “Tina” Verstrate, REALTOR®, Broker Associate with EXIT Global Realty, and I’ve proudly called Central Florida home for most of the past 30 years.

As a military spouse and real estate professional, I understand firsthand the challenges of relocation, tight timelines, and making confident decisions—especially during a PCS move or long-distance transition.

My journey into real estate began in 2007 through investing, giving me a strong foundation in market strategy and long-term value. Since becoming licensed in 2019 and earning my Broker Associate license in 2024, I’ve combined that experience with professional expertise to guide clients through every step of the process.
