Hi, I’m Christina “Tina” Verstrate, REALTOR®, Broker Associate with EXIT Global Realty, and I’ve been proud to call Central Florida home for most of the past 30 years.

My connection to the Orlando area began during college when I participated in the Disney College Program. What started as a temporary experience quickly became something more, and over time, this area became the place I chose to call home. This is where I’ve built my life, raised my family, and grown both personally and professionally.

As a military spouse, my ties to the area deepened when my husband was stationed at NTC Orlando—now known as Baldwin Park. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of relocation, transition, and what it truly means to create a sense of home in a new place.

My real estate journey began long before I became licensed. In 2007, my husband and I began investing in real estate, giving me a hands-on understanding of the market from an investor’s perspective. That foundation continues to shape the way I approach every transaction today. I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2019 and earned my Broker Associate license in 2024, combining real-world experience with professional expertise.

I specialize in working with military and VA buyers, first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, and real estate investors. Whether you’re buying or selling in Central Florida, relocating from out of state, or exploring opportunities globally, I provide guidance tailored to your unique goals.

As a military spouse, I understand the challenges of PCS moves, tight timelines, and making confident decisions from a distance—and I’m here to help make that process as smooth and informed as possible.

In addition to serving my clients, I stay actively involved within the REALTOR® community through my work with military, global, and commercial councils. This allows me to stay ahead of market trends, expand my network, and better support clients navigating local, national, and international opportunities.
